Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and free from any marks or signs of installation.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Tags: The item must have all original tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@duckhams-yuasa-racing.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note that returns sent to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
We do not accept returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply to these returns.
